Public Benefit Corps 1st DE court ruling

Delaware Courts have opined on the fiduciary duties associated with Public Benefit Corporations. The court declares their purpose to be “a balance three sets of interests: a specific public benefit purpose chosen by the PBC, the best interests of those materially affected by the corporation’s conduct, and stockholders’ pecuniary interests.”
