Texas Liberty Compact 2026

Texas Policy Research announced its Texas Liberty Compact asking legislators to commit to:  End Taxpayer-Funded Lobbying; Limit Local Spending and Debt; . Eliminate Property Taxes; Enable Truly Universal School Choice;  End Corporate Welfare; Restore Legislative Supremacy; Protect Economic Liberty and Due Process;  Make Government Transparent; Protect Free Speech and Digital Expression; and Streamline and Modernize the Texas Code.
