Surveillance pricing bans

Grocery stores are prohibited from using surveillance pricing in New Jersey & Maryland. Connecticut has prohibited all retailers from using surveillance pricing. Connecticut and Maryland laws specifically include delivery services.

11 other states also considered surveillance pricing limitations. Opposition came from business groups.
