Ohio datacenter tax incentive

Ohio Legislature is considering a bill that reduces data center tax breaks and addresses criticisms like the use of non disclosure agreements and rising electric costs.

The bill also creates an exception that allows tax breaks when data center projects build on brownfields and bring their own power are eligible for a 75% tax break. HB 646
