Florida’s changing data center legislation

It seems like days ago when we talked about Gov. DeSantis calling for the state to hold strong against data centers. House amendments to Senate Bill 484 now permit non disclosure agreements between governmental entities and data center developments. Developments would not need to be disclosed to near by residents. It’s one to watch.
